1. Merchant Agreement

By registering, purchasing an API activation key, or integrating the TezzPay API, you ("Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. TezzPay provides software API infrastructure to generate direct-to-bank UPI payment links, intent URIs, and dynamic QR codes.

2. Developer Activation & Fees

A one-time activation fee of ₹499 is required for live production API credentials. All transaction processing is 0% fee with 100% direct bank settlement into the merchant's designated UPI VPA ID.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Merchants are strictly prohibited from using TezzPay for illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized gambling, fraudulent activities, sale of prohibited items, or deceptive practices. Accounts violating this policy will be suspended immediately without refund.

4. API & Webhook Reliability

While TezzPay maintains 99.9% uptime infrastructure, merchants are responsible for setting up valid SSL-secured webhook receiver endpoints and verifying HMAC-SHA256 signatures for payment confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability

TezzPay is a software technical provider. We are not liable for delayed banking settlements, NPCI server downtime, or merchant bank account restrictions imposed by underlying banks.

6. Govering Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
