TezzPay ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by TezzCorp Technologies, values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and financial data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use our UPI Payment Gateway API, hosted checkouts, merchant portal, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

To provide direct-to-bank UPI payment infrastructure, we process the following data:

• Merchant Data: Business name, email address, mobile number, UPI VPA ID, and login credentials.
• Transaction Data: Session IDs, client order references, transaction amounts, timestamps, UTR numbers, and payment status.
• Payer Information: Payer name, contact details provided during checkout, and virtual payment addresses (VPA).

3. How We Use Your Data

We strictly process data for the following operational purposes:

• Facilitating direct bank-to-bank UPI payment settlements.
• Dispatching automated HMAC-signed webhook notifications to merchant endpoints.
• Preventing fraudulent transactions and ensuring system security.
• Complying with applicable Indian financial and legal regulations.

4. Data Encryption & Storage Security

All sensitive information, including API keys, secret credentials, and customer transaction records, is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols in transit and stored securely on isolated database infrastructure.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data to third parties. Data is shared exclusively with NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India), banking partners, and authorized UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) solely to execute UPI payment intents.
