1. Direct Bank UPI Payments

TezzPay is a direct-to-bank UPI payment gateway API infrastructure. Payments initiated by customers are settled directly into the merchant's designated bank account in real time. Because funds do not enter TezzPay escrow accounts, all customer payment refunds must be handled directly by the respective merchant according to their store policy.

2. Developer API Key Activation Fee

The ₹499 developer API activation fee grants instant access to live production API keys and system credentials. This activation fee is non-refundable once live credentials have been generated and issued.

3. Failed & Duplicate Transactions

If a customer is debited for a transaction that failed or timed out during checkout, the underlying bank/UPI NPCI system automatically reverses the debited amount to the payer's account within 24–48 hours as per standard NPCI guidelines.
